Identity and Access
InteliNotion utilizes the power of Microsoft Azure’s global identity management capabilities (Entra ID) to securely connect to an organization’s system and facilitate single sign on. Taking a modern cloud first approach, this enables access to information anywhere and any place. The platform also supports SAML Authentication such as Okta and Ping.
Security
InteliNotion secures user access by first verifying identity within a global trust network to assure the user login is still valid. Then, policies for roles-based access to information are applied using a rules engine that governs permissions to business objects using object-oriented methodologies of inheritance and binding relationships.
Web Console
The InteliNotion Web Console empowers authorized users to define, configure, manage, and maintain the business objects, security policy rules, master metadata structures and values, business domain taxonomies, business object rules, library services and catalog indexes.
Restful API
InteliNotion is built on a modern API-driven architecture, using the latest Cloud technologies. The pluggable, modular platform runs on a secure, modern and extensible Web Server framework based on Node.js, utilizing RESTful APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Our APIs are available as a set of Postman Collections, supporting rapid integration with existing technologies deployed by the majority of global companies.
JSON
InteliNotion uses the most modern and open technology stack for information interchange, such as JSON, the de facto open standard format that uses human-readable text to transmit data objects and supports ease of integration. Using JSON throughout the platform enables easy exporting and importing of data, structures and content. The InteliNotion platform also supports on-the-fly conversion of Microsoft Word content to the FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) JSON format, which is a widely used (API) focused standard used to represent and exchange health information maintained by the standards development organization HL7 (Health Level 7). Documents and document collections can also be delivered as FHIR bundles by the platform.
XML
InteliNotion delivers Structured Content Authoring (SCA) and Component Content Management capabilities that are controlled by business domain taxonomies, metadata, and structures. InteliNotion exploits the Open XML ISO (International Standards Organization) standard format of Microsoft Word to deliver a rich set of SCA capabilities to the Microsoft Office user community. The InteliNotion platform also supports on-the-fly conversion of Microsoft Word content to the FHIR XML format.
Metadata Manager
InteliNotion provides the authorized user with the tools to define, configure, manage, and maintain hierarchical sets of master data and metadata categories and values. InteliNotion’s unique and powerful drag & drop metadata binding process enables the user to create business-oriented relationships between metadata, business-object properties, and business domain-specific taxonomical elements.
Information Modeler
InteliNotion has addressed the end-to-end structured content management business needs by delivering a Microsoft Word-based App that enables users to work directly in their native desktop Microsoft Office tool to author, review, and approve documents made up of business-defined components. The complex relationships between the components are modeled and managed by a visional Information Modeler.
Component Content Manager
InteliNotion seamlessly supports and manages documents made of up reusable components with a patent pending process that uses an object-oriented database to manage, track, catalog, revise, clone, and version business-defined components.
Attribute Based Access Control
InteliNotion securely handles actions that users can perform on each individual artifact, using business user-defined governance policies. Policies are made up of as sets of rules, defined specifically for the business domain. Ultimately, the solution can be configured to support rules using a “need to do” and “right to do” paradigm.
Task Manager
InteliNotion uses a state-driven task manager to drive the life cycle state of objects to progressively control the transitions and permission to perform specific actions on individual content components and aggregate business objects such as documents and/or products. The life cycle states are user defined to support management and governance of a network of content-oriented business objects employed to support the various business specific, end-to-end regulatory continuums.
Relationship Manager
InteliNotion automates the creation and management of the business object-oriented relationships used to support capabilities such as reusing, re-purposing, cloning, revising, versioning, and creating new instances of business objects. Relationships can be differentiated using business-oriented properties binding to instances of objects.
Template Manager
InteliNotion has an integrated template manager which is used to set up re-usable templates tied to information models, which the Content Processor uses to generate documents.
Content Processor
InteliNotion takes advantage of the native ISO compliant Open XML format of MS Word documents capabilities offered by the Microsoft Office stack to process MS Word content. The platform features a unique and powerful Cloud native Content Processing Service for fast generation and processing of Open XML content. This results in delivering highly efficient and automated business processes for component content management and content generation.
Content Generator
InteliNotion’s Content Generation Service is used to generate documents with hidden business-defined tags and properties used to facilitate the re-importation and ingestion of documents stored outside of the control of InteliNotion. InteliNotion content can be repurposed and published into a variety of formats: DOCX, DOC, PDF, XML, HTML, JSON, Markdown, etc. The Content Processing Service also supports specific JSON and XML standards, such as FHIR (HL7).
Form Builder
InteliNotion provides the ability to build intelligent forms used solely for, or as combination of, data entry, the collection of content, and setting of semantic placeholders, that are used by the document generation process.
Indexing/ Search Service
InteliNotion’s powerful and modern search service indexes metadata, full text, and business object properties to provide users with multiple means to access information. In addition, business user-defined libraries that support business object-based virtual folder with private, public, and global saved queries can be accessed on demand.
Database Service
InteliNotion’s flexibility, extensibility and ability to deliver a feature rich set of capabilities is rooted in its advanced object-oriented database and state-of-the art architecture. Our unique approach enables the definition, creation, and management of business objects and the components of relationships enabling reuse, re-purposing, and cloning of components with complex document and regulatory-driven structures. The object-oriented database manages classes of business objects and the inherent complexities of one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships used to govern the end-to-end persistence and life cycles of regulatory information.
Repository Service
InteliNotion stores content in a highly secure and compliant Cloud repository service with redundant storage that is designed for high global availability.
