InteliNotion is a modern cloud-based application platform that seamlessly and securely controls user access to roles-based actions on business objects via a Web Console, Microsoft Word, and dynamic Forms user interfaces. Access to actions in the user interfaces is based on assuring identity via federation with a global trust network and applying security policies using role assignments governed by a modern attribute-driven permissions engine that governs each user’s permissions at a granular level to perform actions on business objects.

InteliNotion empowers the business user enabling them with tools to define and configure such things as business objects and their relationships, policies, rules, and the granular level of component to match their business needs and standard operating procedures. This enables users to create, reuse, repurpose, review, collaborate, approve, and release business content using business-defined governance rules, master data, business domain taxonomies, indexes, and a selection of publishing methods, which in turn trigger intelligent automated processes such as document generation and directing roles-based work assignments.

and External Data Sources
InteliNotion is built on an extensible object-oriented database that provides the business with the flexibility to define, configure, and/or modify sets of business objects and artifacts used to contain instances of templates, documents, and components. This database is the foundation used to provide extensible library services that allow for users to setup global, public, and private libraries with business-defined indexes. This provides users with multi-dimensional access options to browse structures of business objects, search metadata using controlled vocabulary and/or full text indexes and use saved queries to quickly find information.
InteliNotion’s object-oriented database foundation provides access to its internal database and content storage, and seamlessly supports integration and binding to external services and data sources.
Shared Types
InteliNotion provides the business with a set of shared objects such as documents, components, and relationships that supports content reuse, and the automatic generation of documents from templates and other documents based on rules. The foundation for the shared types are the dynamic forms and information models used to collect and define the common metadata, object properties and content component-based elements.
